The brrr is back. After a couple of weeks of unusually mild temperatures, we’re back into the single digits this week. No snow, at least. So I got out early this morning and got all my errands run, and decided not to make the trip to the bar I was planning this afternoon. Instead I’m going to relax at home with another bottle of white zinfandel and curl up with Brody.
I checked the WeatherBug to find out what kind of weather Jim is dealing with. He’s up in the mountains of Montana, but it’s 1o degrees warmer where he is. We talked on the phone yesterday, and it sounds like he’s having a pretty good time with his …

Brr. The cold is back. Right now it’s 10º above zero, and that’s about the “warmest” it’s gotten today. It doesn’t look like it’s going to get much warmer in the days to come. So I’m going to be a homebody for the next couple of days. Right now I’m sitting at home with my new techno-toy and a bottle of White Zinfandel I would never have bought if Jim were home. So it’s going to be a quiet evening at home.
It’s payday (finally) and I ended up sinking more money into my computer. My old one needed a new drum, and for not a lot more I could just buy a new printer. Actually, I had two …
